Hydraulic hand pumps for industrial applications
A hydraulic hand pump delivers the pressure to drive cylinders, jacks, presses and hydraulic tools without an electrical supply. In industry, machine building and on-site maintenance it is the reliable solution where there is no mains power or compressed air. By working the lever you build pressure in a controlled way, while a release valve lets the cylinder return.
The type sets the use: single-acting pumps drive one cylinder, while versions with several ports or a two-stage operation move volume faster before switching to high pressure. When choosing, look at the maximum working pressure, the reservoir capacity and the number of stages, because these decide how quickly and how far you extend a cylinder.
Working pressures range from 700 bar for general work to 2800 bar for bolt tensioning and heavy industrial tasks. A robust build and an accurate gauge raise both safety and control. Hi-Force, SKF, Gedore and Facom supply pumps for single- and double-acting cylinders and a wide range of pressure classes.
